I love the fit! I had to exchange the top for a different size as the original s/m was way too small. I wasn't happy how long it took to get a credit back (over 2 months)
But the outfit was so cute and comfortable enough that I can't be too upset
It didn't fit me, like AT ALL. It barely went around my arms, and wouldn't even come close to buckling! I wear a size 2x in shirt so I'm a bit shocked it didn't fit.
Frustrated with your lack of understanding to return this garment. I love it but the top is too small. I simply want to exchange it for the proper size. But because I don’t have the bag it came in, you refuse to exchange it. This is unacceptable. When you have an online business, where people can’t try it on until they receive it, you have to understand there will be circumstances when it doesn’t fit. I’m not asking for my money back. Just a clean exchange. That’s all. As a consumer that is a very simple request that you should absolutely and quickly accommodate. That’s basic business. Instead, I’ve gone back and forth with your associate on email about five times now (for a week) and she said sorry can’t exchange. I told her that was unacceptable, and I still don’t have an answer. Do the right thing and exchange this for free. The garment is brand new w tags on it, and literally has not been worn because it was too small to even put on. Ridiculous. Now you are in jeopardy of losing me as a customer, as well as those who read my review. I’ve never been treated so poorly for the most simplistic request ever. Unreal.

The sizing on this website is a big yikes. This is the second time I ordered something using their size chart and it doesn’t fit correctly. The last outfit I was going to return due to being too large (for a store credit only) and it got lost in the post so I’m out over $70.00. Now the top I just got is too small. The lack of return policy options for the prices makes no sense. It’s a gamble even when you take proper measurements and refer to the size chart. Cute outfits but it’s a roll of the dice regarding fit. Disappointing.
