Shipping Time - Does not include the 2 business day processing time. Shipping time begins after your order is shipped. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Chinese Holidays.
Express Shipping uses either DHL, UPS, FEDEX, or EMS depending on your location
During the pandemic, there may be delays of 1-4 weeks for international shipping
For any packages marked as delivered but was not received, please check with friends and neighbors if they picked up the package instead. Please also check with the shipping company or delivery person for location of the package. We are unable to cover or replace packages that were marked as delivered. All of our customers reported that they ended up finding their package.
If a package was sent back because of an incorrect address on the order, we will refund the cost of the item. The shipping cost will be excluded. If a reship to the correct address is needed, customer must pay the new shipping fee.
Please make sure to double check your address before placing your order. Unfortunately if the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, the shipping company will destroy your package. The tracking number may update as “return to sender” by default but sadly it will not be returning to us. We cannot refund or reship in this situation.
