Delivery

For any packages marked as delivered but was not received, please check with friends and neighbors if they picked up the package instead. Please also check with the shipping company or delivery person for location of the package. We are unable to cover or replace packages that were marked as delivered. All of our customers reported that they ended up finding their package.

If a package was sent back because of an incorrect address on the order, we will refund the cost of the item. The shipping cost will be excluded. If a reship to the correct address is needed, customer must pay the new shipping fee.

Please make sure to double check your address before placing your order. Unfortunately if the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, the shipping company will destroy your package. The tracking number may update as “return to sender” by default but sadly it will not be returning to us. We cannot refund or reship in this situation.

While everything else fit wonderfully, the top would not fit my chest properly. No matter how loose or tight I tied it, I couldn't get it to fit around my breasts (32D) and have the ears cover what needed to be covered. I had to compromise and let the ears sit just above the naughty bits, which certainly wasn't to the husband's dismay. Really strange, though, considering it fits fine on everyone else but me. :<

The first one I ordered ended up being an accidental defect that slipped through, and the wrong size. Thankfully Moeflavor sent me a new one that was the right size and without defects very promptly after! I love the shade of pink it is, and I adore the tiny skirt and hip hugging panties! The collar/neck piece is am still not a fan of, and actually think the cross-cross around my neck was more flattering from the defective set.

Pretty standard “just cute for a pic” lingerie made of cheap material. The design is adorable, can’t argue that, but the top was too huge and misaligned on my chest despite getting a small. My top also did not come with the bows above the bunny ears as is pictured. The collar piece was very poorly sewn and unflattering so I didn’t wear it either.
