Production Operations Assistant

Must live in Dong Nai or can relocate there.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Work in a fast-paced startup – Adapt quickly and solve problems efficiently

  2. Support CEO with assistant tasks – May include shipping products to content creators or the team in China

  3. Support VN manager with assistant tasks such as keeping online team updated for product status. Helping VN manager communicate with online team. Able to read through conversations for VN manager to keep them up to date.

  4. Tracking deadlines

  5. Create and organizing documents such as invoices, POs, etc.

Requirements:

  1. Experience with shipping packages with DHL

  2. 1+ year experience with Google Drive and task management systems

  3. 2+ years experience with production process for fashion to be able to know terms such as PO, samples, etc.

  4. Can speak fluent English

  5. Lives in Dong Nai or can relocate there
